SMALL THINGS CRAFTS

Small Things started out in our basement in Rockville, Maryland.  After many years of doing the "craft show" routine and relocating to West Virginia we began our search for a "brick and mortar" location.  Well we almost found the "brick and mortar" settling instead for "log and plaster".  Our building began life sometime around 1830 and is complete with squeaky, uneven floors, short doorframes and a wonderful spirit that I have named "Hiram" (quite harmless really).    

We opened the shop in June of 2003 and have enjoyed working to make the business grow stronger each year since then.

Our customers enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere that we offer every time they enter. Even though we are pretty bad with names we do give it our best.  Frequently resorting to "sweetie" or "kiddo" instead of a real name.  

Our guest book is filled with  customers who look forward to the post card that announces a special event or the annual after Christmas sale and the Christmas in July sale.

THE ICE CREAMERY

Opened in May of 2007, we offer the best soft serve ice cream in the area.
